What is the earliest I can check-in?
Guaranteed check-in from 2pm. Anything earlier is subject to availability.
Can I arrive late?
Yes you can. Please contact to advise late check in. We have a very simple After-Hours check in procedure.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes, we have on-site parking.
Are your rooms non-smoking?
The rooms are non smoking, however you may smoke outside.
Do you have a restaurant?
No, we don't but there are many places to eat within walking distance.
Do you have Room Service?
No we don't have room service but there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants close by.
Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
We don't have reliable internet in our rooms.
Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?
We have a seasonal outdoor pool.
How close are you to the shops and restaurants?
We are about a 5-6 minute walk to shops and restaurants.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations to be made at least 24 hours prior to check in time and date. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.
How do I guarantee my booking?
Credit card details are required to make a booking and guarantee a reservation.
What if I don't have a credit card?
We require a $200 cash deposit if you don't have a credit card.
